1. The top & bottom liquid Chamber of indicator is made of solid bar & Glass Tube (Borosilicate) is fully Protected by Box Section made out of 2 mm thick M.S. channel. The strength of the box is so good that even if a man stands on the indicator, supported at both ends, the tube remains intact.
2. .We are using 100% PTFE (TEFLON) rope as packing to ensure positive leak tightness for full vacuum as well as 6 Kg / Cm service pressure.
3. As Compare to Reflex & Transparent type Level Gauge, this Tubular Level Indicator is light in weight.
4. It is available in single length of 2000 mm C/C Distance. We can extend the length by coupling 2 or more through coupler.
5. We are providing Air Vent Plug at top & drain plug at bottom for taking sample. We can also provide Inbuilt Isolation Valve on request.

  The top & bottom liquid Chamber of indicator is made of solid bar & Glass Tube (Borosilicate) is fully Protected by Box Section made out of 2 mm thick M.S. channel. The strength of the box is so good that even if a man stands on the indicator, supported at both ends, the tube remains intact.
We are using 100% PTFE (TEFLON) rope as packing to ensure positive leak tightness for full vacuum as well as 6 Kg / Cm service pressure.
As Compare to Reflex & Transparent type Level Gauge, this Tubular Level Indicator is light in weight.
It is available in single length of 2000 mm C/C Distance. We can extend the length by coupling 2 or more through coupler.
We are providing Air Vent Plug at top & drain plug at bottom for taking sample. We can also provide Inbuilt Isolation Valve on request.

FLOWTECH make Magnetic Level Gauge provides clear, high clarity indication of liquid level. Magnetic Level Gauges are principally designed as an alternative to glass level gauges. Flowtech Instruments Services offers Magnetic Level Gauges in top-bottom, top and side mounted construction with two types of indicator system i.e. Capsule and Bi-colour Rollers. Magnetic Level Gauge is consists of three major components: Float Chamber, Float and Indicator System. Magnetic Level Gauge operates on the principle of magnetic field coupling to provide fluid level information. Float chamber is typically constructed with non magnetic pipe having process connections that matches to the vessel connections. Float size and weight is determined by the process fluid, pressure, temperature and the specific gravity of the process fluid. Float contains magnets to provide 360o magnetic flux field.

DESIGN FEATURE:

Indicator system is consists of bi-colour rollers equipped with magnets mounted on rail inside the housing. As the level starts rising or falling magnetic float also travels with liquid level in non magnetic chamber. The magnetic interaction between magnets in float and bi-colour rollers causes each roller to rotate 180o. We are providing high & low Level Switch adjustable.

Capsule Design:

Indicator system consists of bi-colour capsule which moves in glass tube inside the housing. As the level stars rising or falling magnetic float also travels with liquid level in non magnetic chamber. The magnetic interaction between magnets in float and capsule causes capsule to travel along with magnetic float. We are providing high & low Level Switch adjustable.

Magnetic Level Gauge is consists of three major components: Float Chamber, Float and Indicator System. Magnetic Level Gauge operates on the principle of magnetic field coupling to provide fluid level information. Float chamber is typically constructed with non magnetic pipe having process connections that matches to the vessel connections. Float size and weight is determined by the process fluid, pressure, temperature and the specific gravity of the process fluid. Float contains magnets to provide 360o magnetic flux field.

Indicator system is consists of bi-colour rollers equipped with magnets mounted on rail inside the housing. As the level starts rising or falling magnetic float also travels with liquid level in non magnetic chamber. The magnetic interaction between magnets in float and bi-colour rollers causes each roller to rotate 180o. We are providing high & low Level Switch adjustable.

Capsule Design:

Indicator system consists of bi-colour capsule which moves in glass tube inside the housing. As the level stars rising or falling magnetic float also travels with liquid level in non magnetic chamber. The magnetic interaction between magnets in float and capsule causes capsule to travel along with magnetic float. We are providing high & low Level Switch adjustable.

Float & Board Type Level Indicator

Description :

Flowtech offer Float & Board Type Tank Level gauge (indicator) suitable for large non – pressurized liquid storage tanks / vessels. The Specific Gravity of the fluid should be more than 0.6. Float is available in different material S.S.304/S.S.316/P.P./Teflon etc. In this level gauge,

the float is design as per the specific gravity of the liquid, floating on the liquid levels. This float connected to a pointer through Rope via a Sets of Pulleys, The pointer slides over a CM marked Board, Installed Parallel to the tank. For more than 3 metre height of the tank we provide two guide wires firmly anchored to the tank bottom. So that horizontal movement of the float is restricted.

Design Feature :

“Flowtech” also offers vapour Seal Type float & Board type level Gauge which is generally used for tanks having corrosive fumes / vapours OR N­2 [Nitrogen] Purging tanks. In this level gauge the float is connected to a magnetized counter weight moving in a sealed S.S. pipe & which drives a follower magnetized bi - colour capsule inside a glass tube to indicate liquid level.

Performance :

Float Inside the tank raises and dails with the level of fluid this makes the pointer mobe one the scale indicating level inside the tank. In this level gauge, when tank is full the pointer is at bottom position on board and when tank is empty, the pointer will be at top position.

A large self centered float follows the liquid level in this gauge. A rope fitted with a float moves over a pair of dust free pulleys. Level is indicated by a pointer which moves on a 150 mm width aluminums powder coated scale.
Mainly used for storage tanks of Oil, Fire / DM water Alkalies, Acids furnace Oils, Lube Oil, Vegetable Oil, Molasses, Glucose etc.
